How to use
Please complete the procedure within 14 days from the date of your order.
Please note that we will not be able to respond if the period has passed.
After trying on the item at home, you can return it if it is unused.
We will not be able to accept returns if we find any perfume or makeup on the item, or if the item has any smell or stains.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been washed .
Please make sure you have only tried the item on before proceeding with the transaction.
Please return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered, including the product tags and accessories.
Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or missing.
