Return Request

Please send your request via the Exchange/Return Reception Center .

We will inform you later about the return method.

Return the product

Sagawa Express's collection service is also available.

Please send the return by cash on delivery.

Exchange or Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will ship a replacement item or refund your money within 2-3 business days .

Enter your order number and postal code

Please enter the following information in the grey input field at the top of the page and tap the "Start procedure" button.

Order Number : Please enter the 9 characters starting with #ADWS listed in your order confirmation email.
Postal code : Please enter 7 digits without hyphens.

Select the item you want to return or exchange

Products eligible for return or exchange will be displayed, so please select the appropriate product.

After making your selection, tap the "Next" button.

Please enter the reason for return/exchange.

Please be sure to include the reason why you would like to return or exchange the item.

In the unlikely event that the product is defective, please attach a photo of the defective part.

In addition, we will use the information you write in the comments section as a reference for future product planning and quality improvement.

If you would like to exchange an item, please select the color and size you would like.
*Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If you would like a refund, please check "Refund."
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
